  • The front of your home is the first thing people will see. Make sure it is clean, tidy and clear of rubbish.
  • Give the outside of the property a fresh lick of paint, particularly to the window frames and front door.
  • Inside, make sure all rooms are clean, neat and tidy. Carpets, floor coverings, curtains, windows, furniture and soft furnishings should all be clean and in good condition.
  • Pay special attention to kitchen and bathroom areas to ensure that they are sparkling
    clean and fresh-smelling.
